Stonegate's wholesale/correspondent lending program allows approved financial institutions (Banks, Credit Unions, and Mortgage Bankers/Brokers) to access our loan programs on a wholesale/correspondent basis.

Stonegate's web-based loan acquisition platform provides true secondary mortgage market access for the following loan programs:

• Agency Conforming
• Non-Conforming (Jumbo)
• FHA
• VA
• USDA

Loans submitted on a wholesale basis to Stonegate will be underwritten, closed and funded by Stonegate. Any yield spread premium or Broker fees will be paid at closing and disclosed on the HUD. Loans submitted through the correspondent program can be delivered on a prior approved or delegated (closed loan) basis to Stonegate.
